(Junior) Business and Project Analyst

To develop our Operations team, we are hiring a dynamic and entrepreneurial (Junior) Business and Project Analyst.
In this newly created function - that you will be able to forge to your image - your playgrounds will be our dynamic Supply Chain, developing IT landscape and mountains of data.

• You turn raw data into business conclusions;
• You are a driver of our digitalization;
• You run and analyze several KPI reports and provide the Management Team with results and analysis;
• You aim at automatizing most of those analysis;
• You participate to strategic projects within the company and lead some others autonomously;
• You have a central PMO role in all our IT projects;

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience);
• 1 or 2 year of professional experience in consulting, IT, project management, business analysis, … is an asset;

• You are hands-on and polyvalent – a key quality within a small-scale company;

Chargé(e) de service clients/Customer service agent

A temps plein (40h/semaine)

En tant que Chargé(e) de service clients / Customer service agent, vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des clients français et les accompagnez du passage de la commande à la livraison. Vous rapportez au Directeur Commercial France et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements (logistique, finance, …). Vous êtes le point central de notre « promesse client ».

Vos taches principales sont :
1. Gestion du contact clientèle (e-mails, téléphone, …) ;
2. Etablissement de devis pour les clients et saisie des commandes reçues par téléphone, e-mail ou les réseaux sociaux ;
3. Traitements des demandes clients (réclamations, demandes d’informations, …) ;
4. Relai des demandes au service concerné (finance, production, opérations…) ;
5. Suivi des commandes en cours pour en assurer le bon déroulement ;
6. Flexibilité et polyvalence – nous sommes une petite équipe ou l’entraide est clé !

Avant de postuler, vous devez impérativement remplir les 6 conditions ci-dessous :
1. Vous avez réalisé avec succès des études supérieures après l’obtention de votre BAC (ou équivalent).
2. Vous aimez le contact humain et êtes capable de rendre un client mécontent en personne heureuse pour le reste de sa journée.
3. Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle sur un poste équivalent. Si ce n’est pas le cas, vous pourrez combler cette lacune par des anecdotes positives et passionnantes vécues dans vos précédents emplois.
4. Vous êtes capable de faire plusieurs choses à la fois, vous êtes organisé(e) et une petite montée de pression ne vous fait pas peur.
5. Microsoft Office n’a pas de secret pour vous et la pratique d’un logiciel de gestion (quel qu’il soit – si c’est WinBooks, vous avez 10/10) est plus que souhaitable.
6. Vous êtes sympa, nous le sommes (vraiment).

De bonnes connaissances en anglais sont indispensables.

Junior Sales Representative Cover Styl’ Europe (Fluent English mandatory)

To join us in this beautiful journey, we are looking for a nice and dynamic sales representative with a hunter profile to reinforce our team.
Full-time (40 hours a week)

As part of the Cover Styl’ Commercial team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Representative, specialized in the B2B market, to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities: you need to open new customer account and you will be rewarded on this basis.
A typical working month would consist of 3 weeks of prospection over the phone, and 1 week of traveling to visit the potential customers.

Before applying, you must fulfill the 8 conditions below:
1. Most important: You are a hunter!
2. You manage prospection, positive communication and negotiation over the phone – you are able to contact up to 100 prospects a day;
3. You have positive and exciting sales anecdotes experienced in your previous jobs;
4. You have a taste for challenges as you will have to create yourself your customer database by identifying new commercial activities;
5. You like human contact and you like to travel to meet your clients (30-50% of travels);
6. You are organized and a small increase in pressure does not scare you;
7. You can use basic Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint);
8. You have seen at least 5 times the movie The Wolf of Wall Street
