Offriamo la più ampia gamma di pellicole adesive in Europa al fine di soddisfare tutte le esigenze dei nostri clienti, ad oggi contiamo più di 300 referenze Solar Screen e 600 referenze Cover Styl'

Junior Sales Representative Cover Styl’ Europe (Fluent English mandatory)

To join us in this beautiful journey, we are looking for a nice and dynamic sales representative with a hunter profile to reinforce our team.
Full-time (40 hours a week)


YOUR MISSION:
As part of the Cover Styl’ Commercial team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Representative, specialized in the B2B market, to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities: you need to open new customer account and you will be rewarded on this basis.
A typical working month would consist of 3 weeks of prospection over the phone, and 1 week of traveling to visit the potential customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Before applying, you must fulfill the 8 conditions below:
1. Most important: You are a hunter!
2. You manage prospection, positive communication and negotiation over the phone – you are able to contact up to 100 prospects a day;
3. You have positive and exciting sales anecdotes experienced in your previous jobs;
4. You have a taste for challenges as you will have to create yourself your customer database by identifying new commercial activities;
5. You like human contact and you like to travel to meet your clients (30-50% of travels);
6. You are organized and a small increase in pressure does not scare you;
7. You can use basic Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint);
8. You have seen at least 5 times the movie The Wolf of Wall Street

WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS ASSETS:
1. Any experience in sign and graphics activities and/or market;
2. You are able to sell in another European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, …).

1. A limited gross salary (2.500€ per month), compensated by a very high variable commission.

YOUR MISSION :
You must develop and retain customers for our entire range of products in the market that is assigned to you.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Before applying, you must imperatively fulfill the 7 conditions below:

1. You know our products and know how to sell window films and / or blinds on a BtoB market;
2. You have a degree in higher education in the commercial field;
3. You master prospecting, positive communication, sales by phone and development of client portfolio (regular monitoring and loyalty).
4. You love human contact and are able to make a dissatisfied customer happier for the rest of the day.
5. You are able to do many things at once, you are organized and a small increase in pressure does not scare you.
6. Microsoft Office has no secrets for you and the practice of management software (whatever it is - if it's WinBooks, you have 10/10) is more than desirable.
7. You are nice, we are (really).
