This confidentiality policy informs you about your personal data, which we collect from you when you make requests for information, quotations or samples in our contact forms, when you enter into a commercial relationship with us or when you apply for a job at our company.

When you apply, we ask you for a letter of motivation and your CV. We use this information to process your job application.

The information provided will be processed in all confidentiality by our personnel department.

If your application is not successful, you will be duly informed in writing.

If your application meets our requirements we will contact you to arrange an interview.  Your data will be definitively deleted after 12 months.


Subscription to our newsletter only requires an email address from you.

Your email address is kept by us until you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, should you do so.

MailChimp is a service that organises and analyses the sending of newsletters. Your email address, entered when you register your request to send the newsletter will be stored on the MailChimp servers in the USA.

MailChimp has an “EU-US-Privacy-Shield”. This “Privacy-Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the United States to ensure adherence to European confidentiality regulations in the United States, including the GDPR.

The use of MailChimp services is based on our legitimate interest in using a secure and user-friendly management system for our newsletter.

If you don’t want MailChimp to analyse your email address, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. For this purpose, every newsletter-related email sent.

Who has access to your data?

Your information is shared internally by the departments in question. Solar Screen employees and partners are bound by a confidentiality clause.

We will not share your data with third parties.

How do we protect your data?

We take the security of your data seriously. We have implemented internal policies and controls to assure ourselves that your data are never lost, accidentally destroyed, wrongly used or divulged.
